GigaLaw.com was founded by Doug Isenberg (right), an attorney, who serves as the website's editor and publisher. A former news reporter and magazine editor, he is the founder of The GigaLaw Firm in Atlanta, where he practices intellectual property and Internet law, and is an adjunct professor at Georgia State University College of Law. He is the author of the book "The GigaLaw Guide to Internet Law" (Random House 2002) and a frequent on-air contributor to CNN Headline News on technology legal issues. He also has written regularly about Internet law, including columns for The Wall Street Journal Online, Internet World magazine and CNET News.com. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
